Choice Family Health Care is a non profit community-based clinic that specializes in reproductive health care and health education.  Our Mission is to provide affordable, caring, quality health care and health education to women, men and adolescents. No one will be refused because of inability to pay.  

WHO ARE WE?

We are a nonprofit public health organization that provides family planning & basic reproductive health services.  Many services are provided on a sliding fee scale in order to make them affordable to you! If needed, we can dispense certain medications right from our office.

WHAT ARE THE FEES?

Fees for family planning services are based on the income/household size and it often costs less than at other clinics.  Several forms of insurance are accepted including, no insurance at all.  No one will be refused services due to inability to pay.  Cash, check or major credit cards are accepted. Client accounts may subject to collections if not paid. 

WHY CHOOSE US?

We are a Title X famly planning clinic that  offers high quality and confidential health care.  Medical services are provided by medical staff who are trained in famliy planning health care.  Educational programs offered through our clinic respond to community needs.
