Ryan holds a bachelors degree in Life Science/Biology and a masters degree in Management. He has over 25 years of experience in various public health disciplines. He values the impact that can be made by focusing on preventive services.  Ryan enjoys time with family activities and anything that leads him to the great outdoors.

Jessica is from Grand Island NE. She received her nursing degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, and then received her masters degree in Nursing from Clarkson College in Omaha.  She and her husband, Ted, have three kids. She enjoys staying busy with her kids activities, traveling and being with friends and family.

Arleen has been with the organization for over 20 years. Arleen has 4 kids and 7 grandchildren. She and her husband enjoy family BBQs, movies and loves to shop.  Arleen is a bilingual staff member at the agency.

Stacia Rice

Education and Outreach Coordinator

Stacia is from Grand Island, graduating from Grand Island Senior High.  She graduated from Bellevue University with a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice. She and her husband, Chris, have 3 children. She enjoys being with friends and family, any sporting event, especially Basketball, helping rescue animals in need, shopping and traveling around for all her kids activities.  

Allison Weston

Clinic Assistant I

Allison grew up in Minden and attended the University of Nebraska Kearney.  She has lived in Kearney since 2013 and keeps busy with her 13 year old daughter and their cat Willow.  In her free time she enjoys reading, reality TV, and spending time with family.  Her and her fiance Jon are also huge husker fans so they love attending football and volleyball games when they can!

Tina is married and has 4 wonderful boys.  They are all grown, so Tina and her husband are newly empty nesters. They enjoy weekend trips, movies and popcorn at home, and occasional trips to the casino.  They have 4 grandkids, 3 boys and 1 girl.  Tina has been in healthcare her whole life and says its been very fulfilling.  She always tries to stay positive and keep a smile on her face.  She really has enjoyed everyone she has met at the clinic.

Vicki Stoecker

Accountant

Vicki has over 35 years of various accounting experience working with a wide variety of businesses, including non-profits. Her experience helps CFHC navigate the many rules and regulations in the business world.  Vicki grew up in Grand Island and graduated from Grand Island Senior High School.  She received a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Wayne State College. She moved to Omaha after college where she spent over 25 years before moving back to Grand Island to help with her aging parents. She loves spending time with friends and family and has one son & daughter-in-law that are raising two wonderful grandchildren. When Vicki has free time, she enjoys watching all kinds of sporting events, scrapbooking and reading. 

Chris Blum, CFRE

Collaborative Development Director, FHSI

Chris joined FHSI in February of 2026 and provides services in partnership with Choice Family Health Care. Chris has 33 years of non-profit leadership experience.  He most recently served as the Executive Director for the Heartland Cancer Foundation in Lincoln.  Chris has a bachelor's degree in public relations from Northwest Missouri State University.  Chris and his wife Lori are Nebraska natives (Omaha and Wahoo), have a son, CJ, who attends Lincoln Northeast High School and participates in marching band, cross country and baseball.  Chris currently coaches junior high cross country and track for St. John's Catholic School, serves on the Alumni Board of Directors for Northwest Missouri State, and serves as the Area Director for the Lincoln Empower Breakfast.
